A happy return visit.
We returned to this hotel, after first visiting in 2024. It is extremely conveniently located with plenty of free parking, very welcomed after a 14 hour journey from Austria. The reception was open 24 hours and despite arriving after midnight we were warmly welcomed by a very helpful and friendly colleague. Thank you to him!Our room for 4 was comfortable, clean and all we needed, with working air… We returned to this hotel, after first visiting in 2024. We chose this hotel for the air conditioning - but it didn’t work
We are a family of four from Denmark travelling on a four-week road trip. One thing worth knowing before booking is that this is a renovated hotel dating back to 1967. As a result, there is no elevator. We had to carry all our luggage up the stairs ourselves and were not offered any assistance. The hotel itself was clean and well maintained, and although our room was quite small, it was comfortable… We are a family of four from Denmark travelling on a four-week road trip. One thing worth knowing before booking is that this is a renovated hotel dating back to 1967. Novotel Lille Airport - ok, but look at other options
stayed here 1 night during a WWII tour. Room was ok, and the breakfast/dinner buffet options were average. Could be that ordering off the menu would have been better but no English menus were available and we didn't have access to a translator to quickly make decisions (Google and Apple translate are good but when you're trying to make a quick decision it's tough to go over the entire menu - could… stayed here 1 night during a WWII tour. Smelly room, loved the breakfast
On arrival there is plenty parking. We were warmly greeted. On arrival in our room the smell was so bad that we automatically turned around and left the room. It was a mixture of cigarette smoke and perhaps damp? It was swiftly resolved and our new room was better although it had a damp smell.I thought that the breakfast was brilliant. There is really something for everyone. It’s beautifully presen… On arrival there is plenty parking. We were warmly greeted. Stayed one night in a quadruple room. Good location for attending a match at the stadium. Parking is free
Small basic rooms. Location is okayish if you are going to the stadium or airport. Reception lady can’t speak English. Patrick at reception deserves to take 5 stars, he is helpful, fluent in English and knowledge and familiar with the area around the hotel.
