Very Bad Customer Service
Stayed in hotel for 3 days as I was visiting University of Florida for a conference and the university paid for everything.However when I checked-in the front desk asked for my credit card to pay for my stay. When I told him it was already paid by University of Florida. He sleepish agreed. Service Lacking
Went to the No Name Lounge for my husband's birthday lunch. Met friends there! It took 15 minutes to even take a drink order. They did not know which beers were available on top nor which beers were available at all! We were told they had none of what we requested but we're not offered additional options! Late-night front desk horrible service.
I checked in at 915pm. The front desk girl was great. I went to my room. Showered. Got ready to go have a drink at the bar. At 1041pm no one was in the bar area working or drinking. I went to the front desk and asked if they are open. She said yes. I went and sat at the bar for a few minutes. No motion anywhere in the restaurant. I went back to the front desk. Great stay and super friendly staff
We stayed at this property during our family Fall Break trip and we had a great stay! We had driven almost 8 hours to get there and arrived pretty late. We stopped by the lobby bar and Arthur and Liam were really friendly and helpful, even though it was close to closing time.
