Simple hotel between Alicante and the airport
We stayed here for one night after arriving in Alicante. The room was small and basic but very clean and it had everything we needed. Note that the twin room layout is a budget style twin room where the beds are right up against one another, rather than being separated - this could be uncomfortable if sharing with someone you don’t know well. Bad experience
Location was not bad, but the room was terribly dirty, everything was dirty: the bed, the curtains, the bathroom had a bad smell and outside also smelled of sewage. Not very pleasant
The positives about the hotel was the free drinks at the lobby, decent location to the city and the fact that they allowed me to check out early. The rooms are extremely small and there is no place to hang clothes. There was a horrible lady working in the kitchen/lobby who shouted at me when I tried to get some orange juice from a closed cupboard. Fantastic 5 star receptionist Pedro!
I’m writing this review to say thank-you to the fantastic receptionist , Pedro Sampere, My son and his girlfriend stayed at the B&B hotel overnight before their flight to the U.K. and she left her phone with important stuff on it in the hotel.I speak Spanish, so phoned the hotel to check and see if it could be returned. It was there and Pedro couldn’t have been more helpful.
