Pleasant although a bit outdated. Don’t understand reviews complaining about friendliness as our check in with Ariel was polite, friendly and pleasant and Ramon was outstanding when I showed up at reception at 4 am in need of medical assistance.

Not so close to old Santiago neighborhood but still close to walk, it is a fair hotel
I stayed in several inns and hostels the last month, and for my last couple of days decided to go to a better place. Front desk serviceable and warm; bar staff not so much but guess they are short of staff because it was close to 16,00 and my room wasn’t made……
