Worst Hotel experience ever
To date this has been our worst motel we have experienced. We are currently n Jeju SlandTrip hazard in the room. No watch your step sign.No tea or coffee - buy your own from the 7 eleven down in the foyer, despite supplying a kettle.No heating in our room. We asked for someone to come up to our room to show us how to use the air conditioner and was told it doesn’t work.Very disappointedTo date this has been our worst motel we have experienced. Unpleasant holiday experience.
Stayed two knights . Photos do not match the experience. The hotel is mediocre at best. Dirty carpet in the hallways, rock hard beds, mildew in the bathrooms. Added to this the service is not adequate. On our second night we were given 4 hand towels for showering - not something I have ever encountered before - can you imagine a hotel that does not give you proper towels? Hotel is pretty close to the airport, convenient with a 7 eleven in the lobby. However, service is not so friendly. There are no bellboys to assist you with your luggage. Unsmiling front desk receptionist who cant communicate in English. Breakfast buffet is almost the same everyday. Elevators are slow. The rooms are spacious though and does provide basic toiletries.
