Worst stay ever. Booked 1 room with 2 beds (1 single + 1 double), clearly for 3 people, but at check-in they suddenly asked for extra money for the third person. Absolute nonsense and felt like a scam.The AC didn’t work at all. We came as a family and we love the convenience, cleanness, and service. The location was perfect, starbucks and gs25 on the lobby floor. This is the best and most well-maintained business hotel. It’s large, part of an international chain, and very well managed. Stayed 2 nights at Best Western Jeju. The location of the hotel is fantastic, it is very near to Lotte Duty Free (7 mins walk) and it is also the departure point for most of the Day Excursions in Jeju.
