Perched on the cliffs of the wonderful seaside village of Hermanus, the hotel enjoys one of the southern hemisphere's most spectacular seascapes. The hotel is 100 metres from the sea, beach and town centre, with most facilities within walking distance. Cape Town International Airport is located some 120 km from the hotel.

Rooms are equipped with air conditioning and individually adjustable heating. Guests can relax and enjoy the sea views from the balcony or private terrace of some rooms. Going for a swim at the pool complex, which includes indoor and outdoor areas, is a great way to relax. A short break or an entire afternoon on the sun terrace, which features sun loungers and parasols, is time well spent. The complex offers an extensive outdoor sport and leisure programme, which includes beach volleyball and fishing. For a fee, guests can also enjoy cycling/mountain biking, tennis, golf and horse riding. Guests can partake in various water sports, including snorkelling and diving. In addition, canoeing is offered for a fee. Sports enthusiasts are also offered a wide range of indoor activities, including a gym, bowling, squash and aerobics. There is a wellness area with a spa, a sauna and a steam bath. Subject to charge: massage treatments. Activity coordinators organise an entertainment programme for adults and children.
Various dining options are available, including a dining room, a breakfast room and a bar. A number of specialities await guests in the air-conditioned, non-smoking restaurant. Bed and breakfast is offered as a catering option. A continental breakfast buffet guarantees a great start to the day. For lunch and dinner, guests can order à la carte. Diet meals and children's meals can be prepared on request. The holiday village also offers special catering options.

Just Fabulous!
The Marine Hotel is a wonderful place for a weekend getaway. The cuisine is excellent, the service top notch and the rooms are large and well appointed. Afternoon tea by the fireplace is a must!
