Disappointing and run down.

Printer was not working so we needed to search for email confirmation at valley of waves each time. Needed to phone 3times about shower not working over 2 days before someone was sent. Checked I'm as a family of 4 but made no communication that the sleeper couch would not be made so when arrived at room with 2 very tired children we had to spend time making up the bed so they could sleep.
