Hotel great but spa was well below par
Fantastic hotel ..no more said They have a spa which offers spa treatment. Chose the feet /legs massage and full body 1hr massage..Worst massage ever.. the masseur Nomcebe was not with it . I felt work and painful after the massage. It appears that there was no idea of muscle sets and how they need manipulation to relax and relieve tension etc. The best was the head massage..Total waste of money a… Fantastic hotel ..no more said They have a spa which offers spa treatment. Disappointing
Not what it used to be. Run down. Understaffed. Maintenance Non existent. Needs a complete revamp..definitely not 5 star. Staff do their best but not enough of them. Prices for restaurant and hotel are too high for what you get.Not what it used to be. Run down. Understaffed. Maintenance Non existent. Needs a complete revamp..definitely not 5 star. Brilliant resort
I don't know why this accommodation gets such poor reviews. It's unique. Large, well equipped with everything you need. Great views from large balconies. Just 2 points I would like to bring up. Firstly unless you have a car you have… I don't know why this accommodation gets such poor reviews. It's unique. Large, well equipped with everything you need. Pathetic security systems, people are treated terribly. When entering and leaving the gate after checking in, we were given a photocopy of our id docs in colour, when showing this at security we were asked for our original id documents upon every entry and exit and the security personnel were unfriendly and threat us like thieves, they were totally unprofessional. On the second day and our first e… Pathetic security systems, people are treated terribly. Blown away by a security nightmare
From the booking experience right to our departure it was awful. The tone of the initial booking correspondence was arrogant and unfriendly to say the least. It felt as if you were being addressed by a headmaster corresponding with one of his pupils. The check-in procedure was most confusing having first to go through one entrance gate to the welcome centre and then back out onto the National road t… From the booking experience right to our departure it was awful. The tone of the initial booking correspondence was arrogant and unfriendly to say the least.
