Satisfied with service staff was very friendly approachable. Willing to accept apology where there was a misunderstanding. We felt important and recognizable especially on the breakfast side.

amazing service just needs to work hard on the cleanliness of the rooms.My bathroom was dirty and i found a half-burnt cigarette when i checked in

The Bed is broken. You only recieve two bath towels, despite them knowing u are 4. No fridge available. No draws on the dressing table. And they advertise rooms that are not the same and smart in person. V old furniture. Very untidy sleeper couch bed made by two ladies that were v lazy to dust and tuck in.
