Excellent location in the heart of Piran and right on beach. We had a room with sea view. Staff were friendly and helpful, especially Arman who booked our room and helped us hire a car to travel to bled and Ljubljana. The breakfast was excellent. The location is fantastic - right on the water, and the swimming was the highlight of our trip. But the facilities were lackluster. Amazing location on the sea front. The positives were super location, lovely breakfast, very friendly staff. The negatives and I agree with what most have said for the cost the rooms seem very run down. We stayed for 2 nights, Aug. 13 & 14th. We arrived early and the front desk staff were welcoming and offered for us to leave our suitcases in a space near the desk. We did leave our suitcases there , but they should have a secured area. We were given a room on the 4th floor, city view. The room was underwhelming.
