My wife chose Rimske Terme for a 14-day post-operative rehabilitation stay. During her stay, they closed the pool complex for four days due to scheduled maintenance work. She had not been informed in advance about the planned maintenance; otherwise, she would have chosen a different date or another spa resort. What was meant to be a weekend of pampering and indulgence turned out to be a very bad experience. I booked a suite. On arrival, the room was poorly heated and inspite of trying to up the thermostat, the situation only approved when I urged the reception to find an electric radiator and bring it to the suite (which they did). Parking is not free, even hotel guests have to pay for it. The rooms are clean but with average equipment, the TV doesn't work. The beds are comfortable. The bathroom is clean. The biggest complaint is the food, the food selection is poor. We stayed here for the weekend and I can say that we didn't have any choice of food.
