Location

This resort is situated on a private peninsula between two beautiful bays on the south coast of Dutch St. Maarten. The establishment lies just minutes from the capital of Philipsburg, where guests will find a number of shops, restaurants, bars, nightlife spots and casinos. French St. Martin, the culinary capital of the Caribbean, is an approximate 30-minute drive away and the airport is some 10 km from the accommodation.

Facility

The resort has a lift and features 237 non-smoking rooms. English-speaking staff at the reception are happy to assist guests at the reception desk round the clock. Check-in and check-out are available 24 hours a day. Services such as a baggage storage service, safe, currency exchange service and cash machine ensure a comfortable stay. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. Wheelchair-accessible facilities are available. A number of shops, including a souvenir shop, are great for shopping or just browsing. The grounds of the complex feature a playground and a lovely garden. Additional facilities include a newspaper stand. Parking spaces are available to guests travelling by car. Other services include a 24-hour security service, a childcare service, a car hire service, medical assistance, room service (for a fee), an alarm call service, a laundry service and a hairdresser.

Rooms

Air conditioning and a fan ensure that rooms maintain comfortable temperatures. Guests can relax and enjoy the sea views from the balcony or private terrace of some rooms. Rooms have a double bed, a queen-size bed, a king-size bed or a sofa bed. Extra beds can be requested. A safe and a desk are also available. There is a fully-equipped kitchenette with a refrigerator, mini fridge, microwave and tea/coffee station. An ironing set is provided for guests' convenience. A direct dial telephone, a television with satellite/cable channels, a radio, a CD player, a DVD player and WiFi (no extra charge) are provided as well. A hairdryer and a telephone are provided in the bathrooms, which include a shower and a bathtub. Cosmetic products and a selection of towels provide additional comfort in the bathrooms. Family rooms are available for parents with children.

Sport

The pool area, which includes 3 outdoor pools and an indoor pool, is great for working out or just relaxing. Younger swimmers can splash around in the children's swimming area. Guests can treat themselves to refreshing drinks at the poolside snack bar and a relaxing soak in the hot tub. A short break or an entire afternoon on the sun terrace, which features sun loungers and parasols, is time well spent. Those who wish to stay active while on holiday can enjoy tennis and beach volleyball. For a fee, cycling/mountain biking is also available. With snorkelling or, for a fee, water skiing, windsurfing, jet skiing, canoeing, sailing, catamaraning and diving available, fans of water sports have plenty of options to choose from. After an eventful day, guests can work out and recharge in the gym. After a long day, guests can relax in the wellness area, which features a spa and a sauna. Meals

Dining facilities include a café and a bar. Guests can enjoy their meals in the cosy atmosphere of the 3 restaurants, which are equipped with high chairs. Catering options include bed and breakfast, half board, full board and all-inclusive. A delicious breakfast gives guests plenty of energy for the day. At lunch and dinner, guests serve themselves at the generous buffet. Special culinary options, such as diet meals, are also available. The resort also offers special catering options. For guests, alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks are included.

    Simply put, don’t think twice about going to this resort for your vacation. Just do it. We have been going to the Caribbean to all-inclusive resorts every year for the past nine years. This one ranks at the very top, right under our first trip to Saint Lucia, and it is a very close second. This is such a uniquely wonderful place to relax and have fun. It is the total package from room with a breathtaking view, to amazing snorkeling, staff who are genuinely friendly heart of gold people, food that is done right and memorable, and to cap it off, this is the first resort we have ever been to that has a legitimate hot tub for creating fellowship. They seem to have pulled off the Goldilocks position. Everything is just right. We loved the Divi, and it gets my highest recommendation.     A lovely stay at Divi on St Maarten. The great location with private beach, restaurants and facilities made it a great place to stay. Tours are arranged with hotel pickup. A visit to the neighboring islands are also possible.     Divi Little Bay is a hidden Gem! Best Beach! Great Food! Shout out to all the chefs!Our Friend Executive Chef Julio, Citron thank you for introducing Shrimp Sharma. It was delicious! Chef Gene, congratulations on your retirement. We will miss you.The staff treats everyone like family. This truly is a friendly island. The breakfast crew Mimi, Melissa, Amanda, Carin and I can't forget Paul. Thank you all for starting my morning off with your smiles and kind ways. I can't speak highly enough about you!The rooms are clean and sanitized. Housekeeping cares about what they do.Richard and McKenzie the beach attendants are always there to help get you set up on the beach.     Divi Little Bay is a fantastic resort to spend your entire vacation on property or to use as a base of operations for exploring the island. The staff is friendly and helpful, the rooms are clean and roomy (Cassita this trip). The restaurants and bars are fun and lively. The choice between beach and pool is yours and both are a short walk from the rooms. We have come often and intend to continue.
