Terrible Hotel and not clean at all, the room was disgusting and no towels in the room, and I contacted Anwar from the reception, and he said that they don't have towels at the hotel and that all of them are at the laundry !!!!! He was Unprofessional at all. After 9 hours, they gave me one towel. I don't recommend anyone to go there

Very good hotel ... The location is very good beside Palastine Street and the hotel is very clean and the room is very big and the staff is very friendly, especially Shoq and for sure I will go there again. the breakfast was ok not good and not bad.

????? The room is spacious. I stayed in 4 cities and this hotel is the biggest.Breakfast is plentiful.There is another café as well as the main dining room on the ground level. Layout of the bathroom is a bit strange. There is no ?door of ?shower cubicle. The water will flow into the floor from the shower booth.?Right after we checked in, I took a very quick shower. Still the water went outside of the shower cubicle. After me, another took a proper shower, the ?entire floor of the bathroom ?got? wet. I think the floor should be a bit slanted? and water must be flooding from the shower cubicle itself. Water barrier must not be equipped properly. ?You can expect the following in the room; ? - Wi-Fi - Complimentary water and drink - TV - AC - Mini fridge? - safe?? - room service?There is a hypermarket in walking distance? but they are closed around 1100 or 1200 for praying, check their opening time.?Our group went to an Egyptian eatery nearby for dinner. It seems like there is a Syrian restaurant as well. Hotel reception doesn’t exchange currency. Prepare enough local currency if you don’t want to use your CC.?There is a swimming pool on the rooftop. The view is ?good, you may want to go up to check. There is gym as well

Stayed at this hotel very clean, quiet location . Nearby mini super market and and restaurants. Suite had two rooms one had ensuite. Living area flat screen television, coffee bar and a separate bathroom.Watch out on traffic times can take an hour to the airport and 10/15 min to the airport off peak times .Overall satisfaction 10/10
