The location is great. Right across from the Black Church and central square with dozens of restaurants close by and many landmarks in easy walking distance too. Breakfast is located about 5-7 minutes down the street and was poorly appointed. Limited selection. Service there was very slow and difficult to get water or coffee. The hotel reception is not staffed 24/7 so there is a series of codes an… The location is great. Convenient location in the heart of Brasov
We enjoyed in this hotel a wonderful 5-day holiday for New Year's Eve. This is a pet-friendly hotel. Our cat adapted fast to the big room ( de luxe version) and spent quite a time looking to the Black Church just opposite. The bathroom with both bathtub and shower was a Disneyland for her. Some Noisy Rooms. Clean. Great Location.
Our experience was in a room at the far end of the corridor on the ground floor, so temper this experience with that knowledge. Others we knew staying there had a much quieter and better experience. The stay wasn't bad but our room was just across from a bar/restaurant and it was quite noisy. A very nice stay in the center of the city, best thing is its location which is 2 minutes from the main Square and just across the street from the beautiful black church. Better stay than last time.
There are no air conditioners in the units which is normally fine in Brasov however the busy Main Street out front made it hard to sleep so to the open windows. The shower faucet was broken and took over a day to get replaced.
