    I had a wonderful stay at Hampton by Hilton Qatar last week, and I would like to express my sincere appreciation for the outstanding service provided by the team. Djihane, Suzan, the two Filipino ladies, the Tunisian staff member, and the two Turkish supervisors were all exceptionally talented, professional, and welcoming throughout my stay.Their dedication, friendliness, and attention to detail made me feel truly valued as a guest. They consistently provided the highest level of customer service, always going above and beyond to ensure that everything was perfect. Their positive attitude and commitment to guest satisfaction created a memorable experience for me.Thank you to this amazing team for making my stay so enjoyable. They are a great asset to the hotel, and I look forward to staying here again in the future. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

    Hampton by Hilton Doha Old Town is located close to National Museum and Souq Waqif. There is a metrolink bus really close by which takes you to the metro station nearby.The hotel was clean, the rooms large and clean, and the staff were all friendly and helpful.The free breakfast was better than what we had expected, on par with, if not better than, the Embassy Suites in certain aspects. We were allowed to check out late free of charge.Thank you Dogancan for being so helpful.My only gripe is that they didn't provide complimentary beach access as advertised on the Hilton Honors application. Hopefully they will bring back beach access soon.

    I give the staff 5 stars; they gave their all. Special thanks to Derek, who always had a smile on his face and was very helpful. Thanks also to Joana at reception, very competent. Thank you to all the chefs, and thank you to all the staff in Sri Lanka. Without the staff, I would have changed hotels, as all I could see was a wall, the room was very dark, and the chair was unfortunately stained, although otherwise very clean. This hotel is also well located.
