Location

This hotel is located in Old San Juan, only a few paces away from San Juan harbour. San Juan airport is roughly 9 km away, the Condado region is some 16 km from the hotel and El Yunque may be reached within a 45-minute drive. Right in front of the hotel's entrance guests will find the town's restaurants, shops, galleries, cinemas and nightlife spots.

Facility

The hotel was modernised in 2024. The hotel has a lift and features 245 rooms. The friendly staff at the reception desk are happy to answer any questions. Services such as a baggage storage service, a safe and a cash machine ensure a comfortable stay. Wireless internet access in public areas allows guests to stay connected. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The hotel has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. The hotel has wheelchair-accessible facilities.
