The location is central, right off Ashford. The rooms are small for PR. They were clean and modernized recently. There is a safe located on the floor of the closet and the door opens UP, not sideways like every other hotel. This would be fine is there was a stand to keep the door open, but there is not. Great stay. Rooms were clean & updated. Had coffee & a small fridge. Also a pool, and the breakfast was very good and included which is not typical for Holiday Inn Express hotels stateside.
