Absolutely not a 4-star hotel – terrible condition and unbearable noise
I am extremely disappointed with my stay at this hotel. It is rated as a 4-star property, but it does not come close to meeting that standard.The rooms were in substandard condition and incredibly outdated. Fabulous very central location fantastic staff

Stayed at Vila Baleira Funchal with fairly standard expectations for a 4-star hotel, but unfortunately the experience did not meet them.The main issue was the noise level in the room. This hotel should be avoided it is certainly not 4 star by any scale.
