Location

This exclusive hotel is located in Funchal, close to the old town. From the hotel guests are offered a stunning view of the mountains and the sea. It is surrounded by 25,000 m² of romantic park-like gardens with an array of vegetation and a small lake. Links to the public transport system are located just 50 m from the hotel and from this point free shuttle buses run 4 times a day (only on week days). The immediate vicinity offers an array of shops and numerous restaurants, bars, pubs, cafes and various other leisure facilities. The inviting sandy beach with its turquoise blue sea, a beautiful marina and the town centre, which is well worth a visit, are all around 1.5 km away. The airport is located around 17 km from the hotel.

Facility

The hotel has 9 suites and 31 double rooms, which are located on 2 storeys and are reachable by lift. Multilingual staff (English, German, French) at the reception are happy to assist guests at the reception desk round the clock. Check-in and check-out are available 24 hours a day. A cloakroom, baggage storage service, safe and currency exchange service are available. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The hotel offers various facilities for guests with disabilities. Wheelchair-accessible facilities are available.
