The hotel has a good location it's close to the airport perfect for those looking for something quieter the staff was all extremely friendly The hotel needs some improvements in terms of rooms, but they are clean the breakfast has a good variety as it was my first time the girl Tatiana explained everything to me showed me everything was very helpful all the time! Booked here for the Half Marathon. The location was great, close to a main train station which took you into the centre in 10 minutes and to the start line in 20. The room was OK, outdated, the bed was like sleeping on the floor. It was so so hard that I woke up aching every morning. Checked in with a tour group. Luggage was placed in our rooms prior to our arrival. When we checked in we were given a room. Upon entering room we found luggage from another couple in room. Decent four star hotel. The front desk staff is not always overtly friendly, but professional. The staff at the bar is friendly. Because of my Accor All status, I was upgraded to a privileged room (511) with a free minibar included, which was a nice gesture.
