Do not go. Bed bugs. If you stay here it will ruin your vacation in Lisbon. I stayed at this hotel for eight hours and woke up with 18 bed bugs bites. Management takes no responsibility to take care of the problem. They did not offer me to write a review. Stay…

I Don't recommend this lousy service Hotel to anyone.
Bad Customer service from Front Office Manager, don't recommend this hotel to anyone, when I went back to her after checking in my room to ask for an alternative room at extra cost she mentioned if not happpy I can call my agent and Checkout.
