Check in is very difficult, bathroom was dirty, wifi did not work.
The check in process uses a digital key system that cannot be opened until tediously plugging in all info. The digital key to our room did not work so we had to call. No on site staff. iPhone was unable to connect to wifi. Shared Bathroom was dirty and a bit off putting. We are staying in hostels all month along the Portuguese and Spanish coast. A chill place to stay in the city, despite a few hiccups
Nice rooms, although there was a big difference in size between mine and my friend’s, even though we had booked the same room type.Two out of the three plugs in my room didn’t work. Quite annoying when you’ve just arrived from a multi-day festival and all your electronics need charging.The self-check-in process wasn’t smooth either. The lodge is right in the centre of Ericeira, everything is within easy walking distance. The rooms are lovingly furnished. The staff are super helpful and always there when you need someone.
