We had a really enjoyable family stay here with Mum, Dad and our 3 year old son and would definitely recommend it, particularly for families.The location is excellent. You’re right by the marina, which has a lovely atmosphere and plenty of great places to eat and drink. Cascais town centre is also only around a 10 minute walk away and has that brilliant Portuguese and Spanish holiday town feel. This was a disappointing 2 week stay with grown up family. It is a toddlers and young family hotel. It is tired, dirty and overpriced. It needs a complete renovation. Staff were surly and unhelpful. It had 2 operational elevators with the broken ones covered by posters. Sheets were only changed by request after a week. Only once. Towels had holes in them, bathroom from the 70s. Broken toilet. Nice hotel, hall ways are very dark, but rooms a comfortble size. Pool is quite small for the number of people.I found the team around the pool lovely and accommodating. I booked rooms with balcony and sea view, requesting the 6th floor for the best views.
