I mistakenly booked twin a room with twin beds for me and my wife. We reached late and next day I requested a move to a double bed but the lady dismissed my request quoting no room available in a hotel boasting of six floors and over 125 rooms. Location is a downfall. Public transport is >10 minutes walk and can take up to 1hr+ to Lisbon city centre it’s not easy! I would have not stayed here just because of the location. Uber or Bolt takes about 20minutes get to Lisbon and it’s not cheap.The hotel it self was very clean, comfortable, quite surroundings and the breakfast was very nice. The hotel was beautiful and the room was great as was the service. Breakfast was the highlight of the day. I loved the pancakes and the yoghurt was out of this world. I ate a lot of it, especially when I got back from my outings every day. The only thing I didn't like was that it had no restaurant - Holiday Inns, Premier Inns and Travel Lodges have hotels.
