The hotel is well located. Easy Uber access to the town -$5 rides. Awful damp hotel with fungus, has seen better days.
Beware of where you get a room... we first got a room completely infested with fungus... it smelled really bad and walls were covered with the fungus. When adressing this we got a new nicer room the next day... the staff seemed not surprised though about the complaint. Very nice location in Cascais. Clean, comfortable rooms, nice swimming pool, bar and restaurant. Good food and good service.Comfortable meeting room. I like the breakfast, especially the fresh fruit. Terrible experience
We went for New Year's Eve (we arrived the day before) and booked a room on the booking app which had photos that didn't match reality at all. The room was shabby, the sheets were full of holes, the television was too old. There was a lack of ammenities, slippers, the air conditioning took too long to work and we heard other guests complaining about it.
