stay with exceptional service, comfortable rooms, in a city atmosphere
We had a fantastic stay from start to finish! The rooms were extremely comfortable and clean, and all the hotel facilities exceeded our expectations. Great hotel, tremendous views!
You would be hard-stretched to find a better place than this in Viseu. The location is great, just outside the old city and within walking distance of many restaurants and shops. There is tons of free parking right on site and the hotel is set on a hillside and has expansive views over the valley. 5 star stay, with an excelente price
Found an excelente deal for a 4 person family, for a room (usually most hotels only accept max people of 3). Indoor and outdoor pools. The whole family adored the morning breakfast, especially the pancakes. Loved the hot chocolate from the bar service in the afternoon. Staff keep to themselves, not very expressive group of people, but facilities and prices compensate. Reserved a triple room for 2 nights. I have phoned previously to ensure we would have the best room possible, on a higher floor - even allowed a possible upgrade to have the best experience possible.Arrived at 9PM. No concierge, rough and plainer customer attendance. Made me pay in advance, even though my credit card number was sent as I’ve booked the room, so the hotel had all warranties needed.… Reserved a triple room for 2 nights. Overall good experience but closer to a 4* than a 5*. Women at the reception very friendly. Hotels are nice but again closer to a 4*.
