    This is not the hotel that claims to be. The staff is very unfriendly. They say they have toiletries, but they only have a combo shampoo/body soap. They give you a sliver of soap and if you ask for more of anything… towels, iron? You'll be lucky if they give it to you, if they have it. Never did get an iron. There are hardly any outlets, and the doors SLAM, so the are all you hear all day and evening. Would NOT STAY HERE AGAIN

    Very clean and cozy rooms right beside the our lady Church just 5min walking distance. Huge breakfast counter with lot's of options. Very friendly customer service but In room they don't have Tea cattle, and Iron they provide on request.

    Too loud! Poor design

    We checked in as a very large group (50 people). This trip has been booked for at least 6 months in advance. I am sitting in my room and cannot get any rest or quiet, because we are directly above the restaurant and it is so loud, I feel like I’m eating with the people downstairs! All I hear is constant chairs scraping on floors as people get up and down, it’s so loud, that I can hear their conversations from upstairs. The rooms look nice, and are okay, but the corridors and room doors, don’t block any noise. I’d rather a slightly less fancy place, that is QUIET!

    I wanted to book a short notice trip to Fatima, using a gift voucher that was received as an offer.Emailed the day before, as adviced in the voucher website. As I did not get an answer from the hotel, I phoned the next day to check if there would be any avaiability and the call was taken by a very dismissive and arrogant staff member. First, he refused to check if I had sent an email and said I had to wait - not very professional as the reservation would be for next day and I needed time to find another place if there was no avaibility at the hotel. Then, when i asked if this could be checked on the phone, he gave me a negative answer in seconds -why bother taking time to check the system to see if there is anything they can do for the client? This definitly does not take 2 seconds - also the internet booking system tells me a different story...From what I gather, this hotel does not like accepting gift vouchers (the staff member recoiled when i mentioned this) and I am sure you will have a better experience if you DO NOT SPEAK Portuguese. If you are bilingual like myself, I would advise to make your reservation via phone, using a different language, to have a better treatment/ service.I cannot comment on hotel facillities, but the staff attitude was enough for us to never contact them again for any type of accomodation.
