The hotel itself is clean tidy and staff are helpful however, you CANNOT stay here without a car the position is if it in conjunction to any facilities is useless. There are NO local bars,cafes, restaurants etc in realistic walking distance. Whilst the bar facilities are acceptable the restaurant had the same menu every night!! We stopped here on the way from Porto to Lisbon for two nights. The good things:- fantastic view including sunset- kind and helpful staff- free parking- good value for money with dinner buffet.
