Very disappointing customer service.The lady at the front desk with reddish hair was extremely rude and unprofessional. She asked us to take the room card holder as a souvenir, which we politely declined. Instead of simply disposing of it herself, she instructed us, as paying customers, to take it and throw it into the dustbin. Right next to the religious area and not too far from really good dining surprisingly enough. Great spacing in the room and all is really clean here. I had people come over to hang out and that space was needed. Great value for the stay. Mid grade hotel nothing special. Comes with mediocre breakfast. Was eating breakfast with our tour group in the same area with everyone when was approached by a staff member demanding I leave my table. We had coffees and food on table and we were half way through eating. I declined. The staff member persisted by hovering over us and repeating her stance multiple times I then asked for manager. We stopped at Fatima to see the shrine on our way to Lisboa. Found this hotel and were very pleased by the service, especially Ricardo who works in the lobby. The rooms was large and very very clean and had everything we could ask for. The bed was also great after the drive from Madrid. Would definitely go back and recommend without hesitation.
