Location

This hotel is located in the mystic Furnas Valley, adjacent to the botanical gardens of rare beauty. Lying just 10 minutes drive from the centre of Furnas, it is also just 10 minutes by car to the pleasant volcanic beaches of Ribeira Quente. Moreover, various other towns are within a short drive of the hotel: Povoação (approximately 20 minutes away), Vila Franca do Campo (some 25 minutes from the hotel), the ‘Nordeste’ region (40 minutes) and Ponta Delgada (ca. 45 min). The town of Sete Cidades with its lake is about 1 hour away.

Facility

The hotel has 2 suites, 2 single rooms and 77 double rooms, which are located on 3 storeys and are reachable by lift. Multilingual staff (English, German, French) at the 24-hour reception desk are happy to answer any questions. Amenities include a baggage storage service, a safe and a currency exchange service.     Stayed here for a night. Really nice hotel. Ladies on reception desk really nice and helpful. Our room was really clean and comfortable. Only minus was one of the bar staff was curt and rude.
