This beach hotel is situated on a side road, some 500 m from both the beach, resort centre and a public bus stop. Guests at the hotel are just an easy walk away from the shops, bars and restaurants. The bus and train stations are a short walk away and Faro Airport is approximately 80 km from the hotel.
Guests have a choice of 15 apartments and 5 studios. English-speaking staff at the reception desk in the lobby are happy to answer any questions. There are a number of shops as well. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the car park. Services include a hotel shuttle bus. Lovely as ever
Our 4th visit to Baluarte and it’s as good as ever. In a quiet spot at the top of the old town it’s scrupulously clean and elegantly furnished with lovely staff and well equipped apartments. A firm favourite and great value for money. We will be back !
