  Surveillance - NO PRIVACY

  Do not book this apartment if you value your privacy. The apartment is equipped with multiple cameras that will automatically make pictures every 10 minutes. This surveillance is present in both bedrooms, in the living room and at the entrance. None of this was mentioned before check in. At the check in, the reception asks you to sign a paper where surveillance is described in Portugese and you agree to that complete surveillance. Needless to say, you can not get a refund and search for another hotel or apartment when you are checking in and are presented that surveillance surprise. Additionally, the receptionist will lie to you stating "I see that paragraph the first time and there are no cameras at the apartment".I will surely not return to Apartmentos Marina because I do care about my personal privacy and my legal rights.

  Good location - but the apartment is not in good shape and needs updating!

  The location is nice - but a bit noisy! The size of the apartment is spacious and has a small balcony. But the apartment is a run down and especially the bathroom needs an update. When we entered the place it was not smelling very nice and the bathroom was not cleaned properly.For half the price it would be a good place to stay

  The apartment is very nice and clean overlooking the beautiful marina. From the balcony which sits 2 plus a table you have both marina, sunset and seaside views. The condo had a well equipped kitchen, very good king sized bed, and comfortable furniture. The apartment had 2 dining tables, good Samsung TV with Netflix and others. Very spacious and comfortable. Better than hotel room because of kitchen and extra space. We are in Marina 21-C. The condo comes with a underground parking space too.The location is great because all the restaurants are along the marina. The choices of seafood, meat, pizza, sushi, juice bars, coffee places, etc are extensive. The buildings are secure with codes, etc but everything seems very safe. The convention center and beach are very close. The beach had a board walk that takes you thru beautiful flowering trees in the dunes. Then the white sand beach goes for 15 miles down the coast. The catamaran to Sebutel is right out front of the apartment. Goes every 30 minutes.

  Location is great, all sourrounded by gardens, a small lake and walking distance from the beach. Really nice for walking, jogging and cycling with the family. The house/accommodation is very disappointing. It seemed abandoned... few furniture (sometimes not enough for a family of four...), many of the lights weren't working, really poor WiFi signal (a minus as we are working remotely and the kids are having online classes). The cherry on top are the nearby houses in construction (and there are a lot), so you can imagine the noise from 8am until 7pm (this Saturday they even started at 7am).

  Great apartment by the marina

  We rented a one room apartment with view over the Troia Marina. The apartment is very well equipped with great natural light and view over the marina. the furniture was well preserved and the cleaning was great. The apartment include one parking place in the garage. Great value for your money.
