Terrible. Rooms shabby. No Wi-Fi access from the room and despite reporting it personally to the front desk on 3 occasions and by email to Customer Service, nothing was done. Terrible. A total disappointment
The property was a total letdown. The rooms were old and run down and nothing like the pictures. The fridge had no light and the shelves were dirty.The pool way broken so therefore not heated. Both indoor and outdoor pools were dirty and honestly did not look hygienic to swim in. a clean and tidy room, comfortable, two toilets, view to the sea where we could see the dolphins. We had a living room and the best things was the enormous balcony. It was a midium sized room. We didn't have a bath tub and we asked for a bunk bed and a double bed but instead of the double bed they gave us 2 indvidual beds that we had to put together.
