A lovely hotel, easily accessible by car with secure parking and within walking distance of all of the sights. Also has electric car charging facilities.Rooms are spacious and well fitted and there is a great terrace and pool area for lounging. A wonderful Hotel. Highly recommend.
This Hotel is wonderful. The Staff are amazing and friendly and courteous.We stayed for a week and everything was so good. We were able to park our car underground safely.We had a beautiful ground floor room with a pool view and terrace with comfy seats. Huge bug problem and they know it
They have a huge bug problem, termites possibly. The first room they gave us, at the end of the hall on the second floor, had hundreds of bugs, some big, some small, some with wings, some without, crawling around the floor and the walls in the entry way. Extremely modern hotel not very Portuguese
Extremely disappointed in this hotel. I was told it was an absolute 5 Star gem, and the reviews sort of support that. But I was also told they only had a suite for the four nights I am staying here. So that's what I booked. And yes, the room is huge in fact it is two rooms and a balcony. But the view from the balcony looks out at a bunch of roofs… Nothing else.The furniture definitely needs replac… Extremely disappointed in this hotel.
