Management doesn't care.
Booked two superior double rooms with friends. One was located in the main part of the hotel; the other was on the second floor. There was no air conditioning. This was the same experience I had in August of 2025. I asked that the manager contact me and he/she never did. It was 36°C out during the day and it made for a very poor sleep. Great overnight stay.
Wonderful stay, room 320, but no plugs available for the bath or sink. Reception said they don't have them! Will have to bring our own next time. Good buffet breakfast. Cold, noisily, cold and downbeat hotel.

Excellent hotel situated on the edge of the town centre amongst old fort walls, a couple of minutes walk into the centre. It’s a fascinating old convent building and our room, although a bit bijou, had loads of character, spotlessly clean, all mod cons and an amazing picturesque view of the countryside from the balcony.
