Good time!
We had a good time. The staff was very nice, and the variety of stuff to do and the surrounding nature is beautiful. The carnaval program for the kids between hotels was great! The rooms could be improved. The food and drinks were very nice! And the entertainer “Uncle Bolinha” was for sure the highlight! Also the proximity to the storks is great. Negative welcome
Recently stayed one night at a weekend and was told our room did not include tissues as it was a standard room as we paid €150 for the night. I don’t think a box of tissues would’ve gone amissSarcastic, the receptionist greeting was almost hostile. Very nice property where the staff makes you feel at home and welcomed. It is my second time here with kids and they have unforgettable moments. Room and common areas are very clean and well taken care of (rooms are a bit dated but I have heard they are renovating soon), food is good and tasty and all is well organized.
