Terrible service at the hotel’s nautical restaurant. They never brought the starters, even after I asked multiple times. They forgot my order twice—so badly that everyone else had already finished lunch while I was still waiting for an entire hour. Paying was just as bad: we waited over 45 minutes just to settle the bill. I don't normally write reviews but feel that I must in this case because I booked through the love holidays site and all reviews were excellent. I did find it odd that transfers weren't included in a package deal but put it down to the rural location. This hotel has wonderful amenities!!! The pools are just outstanding and the all inclusive buffets have great choice. We ate so much at breakfast that we didn't need any lunch but that buffet looked marvelous as well. Fantastic drink choices througout the day and night as well as during each meal and the Sangria was top notch!Fresh orange juice at breakfast was the only thing missing! During your stay get at least one massage from Rosa at the spa. She has THE best hands. She gives one of (if not the best) neck and back massages. You will do yourself a disservice if you miss out on the opportunity. I went twice and the second massage was even better than the first (and that’s saying something!).
