The best place in Zakopane

Our stay in Aquarion was super. Hotel is calm with no noise at any time of day and night. There is a safe and convenient garage. Hotel is located 10mins walk from the center and across the street from a fair-size grocery shop. Each of three rooms that we used was cozy, clean and well designed. Even the cat was happy. Food in restaurant was also perfect witch thematic cuisines changing daily (e.g. Polish, French, etc.). Staff was very welcoming and supportive.

This hotel absolutely exceeded our expectations. The hotel itself is clean and tidy all of the time. The food (breakfast) is delicious, well stocked up and a good range of variety. The swimming pool, waterpark and theme spa is absolutely amazing! We all loved this and enjoyed going each day after a day of skiing! I would highly recommend this hotel.

The location is great: just 10 minutes from Rowień Krupowa and very close to PKP in case you need it. There are many traditional houses and villas on streets around. The room was clean and cozy and quiet but sometimes we could hear other guests, especially children. The staff is very friendly and polite- from front desk to restaurant waiters to house keeping. The front desk lady did even help fix our daughter's sleigh. I liked having the garage place for my car available as the winter was strong. The connection to Termy Zakopiańskie is a great part of stay too, even if extra pay. We liked the play room for our daughter. We had purchased breakfasts and dinners and they were tasty and nice, but perhaps the biggest bummer was the food was running out fast but not everything was refilled later. I even asked about more duck legs by about 1 hour before dinner was closed. I was told the'd be coming in 5 minutes. I checked 3 times and they never came. The same for desserts (french tarta or local blackberry cake). Otherwise the meals were very nice and with variety. We liked the option of free soup time for children between 13:00 - 15:00.

I highly recommend a stay at Hotel Aquarion.The location was perfect too.Very friendly and accommodating staffThe rooms were a good size,we had a ground floor balcony overlooking the mountains.We made use of the Thermy spa too.The breakfast selection was superbCannot fault this hotel and I will definitely be returning again.
