  Modern Apartments in reasonable price. Located outside of Zakopane but in quiet street overlooking mountains. Apartament was clean and well maintained with all amenities. Breakfast is on request and can be delivered to your room.

  Excellent place to stary and Real bargain. Apartments are fully furnished and well apointed. Reception staff are very helpful and on site during most days. Everything was cleaned and well maintained. I think It is a good place to stay.

  Its an apartment in the cottage not a full cottage. The place is not clean and all around was dust and spider web. The rooms are too small and one of them is chocking like a coffin you cant even breath inside. There is only one bathroom and you need to wait for your turn to go inside its not suitable for a group it has to be at least two bathrooms if the place is designed for 3 rooms and a group of 6 people at least. The washing machine is not working properly. The water is warm only for the first person get shower the rest of group will take a shower with a very cold water. There is no AC or any type of conditioner if the weather is hot you will have to deal with it. The bed was rock you will get back pain for sure and nick as well. The wifi is poor you will need to have your own data. The elevator is too small it can fit only 3 people maximum 4 and if you have luggage for sure it will fit 2 people

  Apartment was lovely, roughly 2 miles from centre. Nice balcony and staff were friendly. Downside is that I had to make the sofa bed when we arrived late at night. Not ideal. The apartment was a little further from the centre than we first anticipated but after seeing the buildings in the centre we agreed that we were better staying further out and having nicer accommodation. There is a bus stop right outside the hotel which takes you to the train station and the city centre. We would definitely stay again.

  I would like to give 5☆ for accommodation and overall service but I need to give only 3☆ and the reason is Reception person name Andrzej. He was rude, unpleasant and totally unprofessional. Plus he said that he is the owner- We did find out later on that's not true. When we arrive it was a water shortage due to some serious water system malfunction accross Zakopane, we do understand that it wasn't his fault but it would be nice to hear apologise, insted we and the couple before us heard that "He can't do nothing because it wasn't his fault and his not a plumber. Summarising: very nice modern apartments, properly equipped, very clean and nicely located. If all the staff would behave as our last day stay receptionist Przemek, we would give 5 stars, but Andrzej by his behaviour made our review only 3 stars :(ThanksMARCIN TatrzanskaOstoja, Kierownik ds. gości at Harenda Residence, responded to this review Dziękuję za taką nieuczciwa opinie. Zarezerwował Pan na termin Nowego Roku apartament z 3 sypialniami który jest przeznaczony dla 8 osób. Do apartamentu przyjechało 15 osób 5 samochodami. Zwróciłem Panu tylko uwagę że nie ma możliwości aby w apartamencie było więcej niż 8 osób co było już oczywiste od momentu Pana rezerwacji. Mimo wszystko zakwaterował Pan większą ilość osób bez zgody recepcji. Pana wpis i obrażanie personale świadczy tylko o Panu. Pozostała cześć wpisu nie miała miejsca i jest to Pana osobisty wymysł. Gratuluję pomysłu i mimo wszystko życzę Enjoy! Andrzej Thank you for such dishonest feedback. You have reserved a 3-bedroom apartment for 8 people for the New Year. 15 people came to the apartment with 5 cars. I just pointed out to you that there is no way for the apartment to have more than 8 people, which was already obvious from the time of your booking. After all, you accommodated more people without the reception's permission. Your entry and insulting personals only shows you. The rest of the entry did not take place and this is your personal invention. Congratulations on the idea and wish you all the same! Andrzej
