The hotel has 15 suites, 241 single rooms and 120 double rooms, which are located on 20 storeys and are reachable by lift. Multilingual staff at the 24-hour reception desk are happy to answer any questions. Amenities include a cloakroom, baggage storage service, safe, currency exchange service and cash machine. Wireless internet access is provided in public areas. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The hotel has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities.
