Hotel centrally situated & room was clean & well maintained. Marked down for very insubstantial pillows & the bar was closed due to a staff shortage. Staff were very helpful. I visited this hotel together with my daughter. I had booked the hotel online on their website a few days in advance. The web site for booking gave me the impression that I pre-paid for the room (which I did not), that led to some confusion at check-in, however neither the girl in the reception or I made a big issue out of this, and the confusion was settled.The room was clean and as expected. Good location in the centre of Szczecin. The room was ok, functional and clean. Limited parking spaces available in the basement so we had to park at the street. Very good location, right across the old town. However it was average overall experience to say at most. Our room had a few issues (malfunctioning hair dryer, bended (!) enrrance doors. Quite ok value for money but I will look elsewhere next time. Nasty receptionist who checked us in / Terrible smoke smell in room on our first night. The next day the receptionist was cordial and readily changed our rooms. However, the walls were paper thin or the ventilation pipes were connected so that we could easily talk to our neighbors. Fortunately I had earplugs and was able to get some sleep.
