Unhappy staff who refuse to give service at the hotel bar. You need to go out for food and drink. Shocking . Apart from 1 staff member the others just don't seem to want to be there . Comfortable beds, but unfortunately that was the only positive aspect of the stay. The bathroom and room were noticeably dirty, which immediately left a bad impression. The carpets were heavily stained, giving the entire space a neglected, unclean feel. The toilets were filthy and clearly had not been properly cleaned in quite some time. Stayed in the hotel twice on route to and from Kyiv. The staff were excellent and couldn't do enough to help. My late arrival and early departure didn't cause a problem. Really nice breakfast. I stayed in Campanile Lublin Hotel for 1 night only. Excellent experience. Check in was quick and smooth. Stuff is very helpful. Nice and quite hotel. Breakfast was good.
