Ooo what a treat! Gorgeous, quiet room in the heart of the old city, right on the main square. We couldn't have chosen better.Plus we had super friendly service from receptionists and concierge. Bonerowski Palace is located in the main Old Town square and is a great base to go exploring all over. The staff were brilliant and very helpful, took us to our room and ensured our stay was as relaxing and enjoyable as possible. The location and the hotel is beautiful and spotlessly clean. The bedroom decor might not be to everyone's taste, but you can see the photos for yourself. We arrived late on Thursday night and the 2 gentlemen at reception were very pleasant and helpful. However, we had a few incidents with other young female members of staff (Breakfast area and outside bar area) who were just extremely rude.
