Great location! 5 minute walk from the train station and the Old Town. It is very easy to find.People at reception were very welcoming and friendly. We were able to leave our bags while we explored before being able to check into our room.The rooms are airy and spacious, and there is lots of room for bags, cases, and belongings.The furniture would benefit from a refresh, and some other flourishes… Great location! 5 minute walk from the train station and the Old Town. Amazing location. Aroma from restaurant from next door smelt amazing,thought so that much that we ordered food. People have said on here to have food here and avoid but the meal we had was amazing,really relaxed. Amazing service. Compliment to the chef. Lovely complimentary drink on arrival. Perfect. Not for me. 4 nights. No cleaner. Shower inadequate. Over bath but nowhere to put shower head. Very tired decor and furnishings. Staff were fairly pleasant. Good location though.Not for me. 4 nights. This accommodation is in a perfect location, less than 5 minutes from Kraków Głowny station and a similar short distance to the old town. However it is in serious need of renovation. When we arrived, the lift was out of order, but not a major problem being on the 1st floor. The stairs up to the room were covered in dust and the room wasn’t much better.
