Terrible hotel and location
I don’t recommend this hotel at all! The upper management is terrible. Gave me misleading information! The location of this hotel is terrible as well—pretty much in an alley. No air con / no bar / no sleep.
Here for a couple of nights on business. This hotel is very hot inside ( not sure why… the heating was off ) - about 25 degrees! We reported our non working room air con to be told it was turned off in the whole hotel as ordered by the Italian government. ( Not sure if this is true or not...) they offered a room change but we declined as what was the point. the room was like a sauna at night even… Here for a couple of nights on business. This hotel is very hot inside ( not sure why… the heating was off ) - about 25 degrees! Interesting hotel chain. Beautiful rooms, spacious, very clean and with all comforts. Mega TV with SKY too. Professional and kind staff. Excellent Breakfast. Great hotel in the Arcore area
We really enjoyed our stay at the Best Western BorgoLecco. It was for a quick business trip, but decided to bring my wife and daughter with me. Thr hotel was really clean and modern.
