  Great location for sightseeing, but unfortunately a very disappointing stay.

  The location is convenient, but there is no parking and no possibility of reaching the building by car. We had to walk about 1 km with our luggage. No lift, second floor.The apartment was extremely hot (around 30°C), with no air conditioning and a broken fan. I reported the problem at check-in, but nobody came to check or fix it.   Terrible service/staff and bad standard. No aircondition and elevator.

  Stay away! We were supposed to stay there 3 nights but left after a couple of hours into the first night. It was way too warm (no aircondition and just very old fans that does not help at all, even with 2 of them) and our 1 year old was having trouble breathing and our other 2 kids could not sleep either so we left in the middle of the night.   I would strongly advise avoiding this place. Communication was extremely poor and, from what I observed, the property was dirty and not suitable for a family stay.   We booked 4 apartments for our family holiday to Kraków. It was great as it was central to the Main Square and the apartment was nicely decorated inside.
