Booked to stay here a good few months ago. Communication between them and myself has been great since. Asking for early check in etc. When we arrived we were pleasantly surprised as how clean and lovely it is. Although the room wasn't ready Magda on reception allowed for us to put our stuff on our room and get changed. Perfect location, in walking distance to old town. The room was perfect, immaculately clean and the bath was fabulous! We stayed as a mum and daughter and found the room so relaxing after a busy day. The hotel is lovely, very modern, clean and stylish. It's wonderful for couples, me and my Mrs chose this hotel to stay in for the Krakow Christmas market. Hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. Lovely guest house in the centre of Krakow. 5 minutes walk from the main square & Christmas markets. Staff were very helpful & polite. Booked all our trips for us and sorted out take away breakfast when trip pick up time was early. They also arranged airport transfers for us too!
