  Unpleasant experience with a receptionist

  Very bad behavior from the receptionist. I called to ask about informations before booking and this person was very unpleasant, rude and ended up hunging up the phone on my face which is intolerable. Would definitely never take this place as an option.I’m glad because i didn’t make my reservation with them.Very bad behavior from the receptionist.   Nice, friendly and helpful staff, quick check in, Nice and very clean room. Excellent location. Good Breakfast. Easy access to many attractions, waling distance almost everywhere.   This hostel is simple, clean, tidy with nice staff. We like the place, affordable and accessible to everything. Just 5 minutes walk to the Krakow main square and all restaurants.   Went on a stag do. Had a room with 9 beds which was perfect for what we needed. No frills, cheap place to stay. Breakfast was usual continental and included in price.
