  This is a good place to stay; location excellent, rooms big and comfy, breakfast adequate and very clean. Beds were good, so sleep quality excellent.Why not full score; the reception was fairly efficient but staff should learn how to smile to their guests.This is a good place to stay; location excellent, rooms big and comfy, breakfast adequate and very clean.   I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel, mainly due to the attitude and lack of support from front desk staff.On arrival, I was travelling alone with a dog, a large crate, and four suitcases, and clearly struggling.   No help from Expedia or the Hotel when it came to a refund. Greed has no bounds, they even kept the cleaning money.

  I am 82 years old & have been diagnosed with cancer; I had to cancel my stay. I booked the room via Expedia on Nov 4, 2025 & canceled with the hotel in Jan 2026. Rm rate $144.74 Canadian and received only $14.50 in return. Greed seems to have no bounds as the hotel also charged me for cleaning the room in which I did not use.   George was very nice and very helpful. Check in was super easy and we were able to check in a little early and catch a nap before exploring. The room was nice and the location was excellent.
